As an artist working in what it is now known as Hamilton, ON, I respectfully acknowledge the land on which I create has been the site of human activity, including art making, for thousands of years. This land is in the traditional territories of the Erie, Neutral, Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee and Mississaugas peoples whose cultures and customs continue to nurture this land.
